Last Friday, my mom sprung a doctor’s appointment on me. So instead of playing with my friend’s newborn puppies, I had to spend two and a half ours wasting away in the waiting room to do more tests for my torn shoulders.
During my visit, my doctor complained to me about how “unnaturally tense” my body was and prompted to order me to listen to classical music. This morning O Fortuna, a piece from Carmina Burana, played from Spotify. It reminded me of the time Sophia and I saw Gustavo Dudamel conduct the opera last summer.
